  1. A. Contact the Seller

    a) If you have not received your service on time, or the service is not as described, please contact the seller.

  2. B. Should I open a ticket?

    a) If the problem you are experiencing does not get solved by the seller, you can refer to TNT List’s Terms & Conditions and determine if you should submit a ticket.

  3. C. Escalate the dispute to TNT List

    a) If you are not satisfied with the seller’s proposed solution, you can request TNT List’s mediation. TNT List will then arbitrate on your behalf, based on the evidence collected from both you and the seller.
